2010 Nebbiolo Collectors Edition
Nebbiolo is an Italian grape variety which is recognized alongside shiraz and cabernet sauvignon as making some of the best and most sought after wines in the world. Our small nebbiolo vineyard at Mt Cole only produces grapes from this variety achieving optimal ripeness and balance in exceptional years. 2010 was such a year.
Lighter in colour with more brown tones, the nebbiolo variety displays perfumed almond and cherry characters on the nose and palate. More austere than shiraz, it is an exceptional wine to complement fine food and cheeses.
This wine will reward the purchaser until 2020.

requirement the wine will be taken back to the nearest post office and made available for a pick-up.
